The Gin is made starting from a selection of botanicals gathered in the Slovenian Karst area, including juniper, rosehip, linden flowers, coriander, cardamom, angelica, licorice, lemon peel, along with other wild herbs typical of the territory. The herbs are processed with a long infusion in alcohol to extract all the aromatic components. This is followed by the distillation process in traditional stills, and at the end of the entire procedure, Slovenian linden honey is added to sweeten the taste.
