On the nose, rich and elegant, it gradually unfolds: first comes a ripe, dense fruit with notes of apricots and prunes in spirit, then the saltiness of the Scottish sea, and finally a hint of smoke. On the palate, it is full-bodied, robust, and salty, but the maturation has softened the tones and wrapped everything in sweetness.
