On the nose, immediately structured with aromas of overripe banana and melon, honey and toffee, rhubarb, hazelnut. Then some spicy and blue cheese notes emerge (cloves, nutmeg). On the palate, oily, with an intense initial bitter flame (propolis and very dark chocolate, beeswax), accompanied by honey and red fruits (especially cherry).
