The blend, bottled at Full proof, totaling 1158 bottles, is composed of 6 rums from single barrels of 1998, selected during the Caroni Ceremony on April 4, 2019. Once chosen, the blend was transferred to stainless steel containers, where aging definitively ceased, in order to preserve all the characteristics of the original Caroni aged in a tropical climate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eDescription:\u003c\/b\u003e Deep amber color. On the nose, it is characterized by extraordinary power, rich in spicy aromas, exotic fruits, and chocolate. On the palate, it reveals itself as exuberant, complex, and harmonious. It starts succulent, rich, almost velvety, with notes of sultana grape and orange marmalade, then steadily grows towards typical notes of licorice root and gentian, black coffee, and clove.
