On the nose, unmistakable notes of wax and paraffin perfectly blended with fruity hints of apricot and tropical fruit. There is also a pleasant bitter cocoa and a vanilla that becomes more exuberant as the spirit oxidizes. On the palate, full-bodied, it bursts with a spicy mix of black pepper, as well as cinnamon and cloves, without neglecting a pleasant sweetness of vanilla. Then sweet licorice, green and black tea leaves, and pleasant bitter cocoa follow.
