The casks were selected during the Caroni Ceremony in Cognac on April 12, 2019, by Luca Gargano, patron of Velier, together with 23 Caroni lovers. Distilled in 1996, it was bottled in 2019 after 23 years of aging in a tropical climate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eDescription:\u003c\/b\u003e Bright amber color. On the nose, complex with notes ranging from vegetal to candied fruit, from tar to burnt rubber, then coffee, goudron, and a hint of lime. On the palate, dense and oily, the alcohol is present but tamed, with aromas of warm spices, aromatic herbs, and cane sugar.
