It began with a small selection for his French clients, and after some time, a step further was taken: thus Eilan Gillan was born, a brand with the mission to directly select some of the finest casks, released on the market in small batches. The model is finesse and purity; no embellishment or special cosmetic treatment is sought in the selected products: additives, chill filtration, and overly exuberant woods are therefore banned. All casks are chosen by Olivier Gourmel, stored and bottled in Scotland until their release. Distilled in 1997 by Dailuaine, bottled in 2013, matured in a single Bourbon Refill cask.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\n  \u003cspan\u003e\u003cb\u003eDescription:\u003c\/b\u003e Golden yellow color.
