The 20 hectares of vines are cultivated directly by Delamain, and every part of the cultivation and distillation process is internally controlled. The Cognac Trex Vieux Collection Révélation was produced in a particularly small copper still, allowing a much slower distillate flow that creates a fabulously flavorful eau-de-vie. After distillation, it was aged in a single seasoned French oak barrel (no. \u003cspan\u003e709-02\u003c\/span\u003e) which allowed a more delicate interaction between the spirit and the wood, revealing the character of the terroir.
