The production uses seven botanical components, including three different types of Juniper (Chianti, Maremma, and Aretino), each providing distinct organoleptic results. The juniper, dog rose, and helichrysum are harvested in Maremma, in Val D’Orcia, between the provinces of Siena and Grosseto, also passing through the Chianti area.
