This molasses rum was aged from 2007 to 2009 in ex-Isautier rum casks, then from 2009 to 2019 in ex-Cognac casks, and finally from 2019 to 2021 again in ex-Isautier rum casks. Bottled in March 2022 at 57%, it is a limited edition of only 991 bottles.
