This limited edition Rhum Agricole Très Vieux \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan\u003ewas selected directly by Leonardo Sagna under the supervision of J.M’s Cellar Master, Karine Lassalle, and aged for about 18 years in American oak barrels. During the long aging period, nearly 70% of the spirit evaporates, releasing the so-called ‘angel’s share,’ a true extract of Rhum that highlights its exclusivity: for this reason, each bottle is numbered. Distilled on 07\/04\/2000, bottled on 09\/06\/2019 (only 412 bottles produced).\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eDescription:\u003c\/b\u003e Amber color. On the nose, great maturity with candied fruit, nuts, caramel candies, and spices. Whiffs of tobacco and cinnamon lead to an intense profile of floral, herbal, mint, caramel, cherry in spirit, and vanilla nuances. On the palate, it is broad, very warm, but the alcohol component is softened by spices and sweetness.
