D\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eistilled in 2005, it is aged for at least 15 years in small American oak barrels \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003ethat are toasted on the inside and then partially scraped to best balance the wood tannins\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eDescription:\u003c\/b\u003e Amber in colour. The nose opens with notes of fruit such as fig, plum and dried fruit, cacao beans, flowers and vanilla berries.
