D\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eistilled in 2004, it is aged for at least 15 years in small ex-boubon American oak casks \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003ethat are toasted on the inside and then partially scraped to achieve the perfect balance of the wood’s tannins\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eDescription:\u003c\/b\u003e Amber in colour. Intense on the nose, with notes of dried plums, raisins, dried figs and toasted almonds. Enveloping on the palate, with a profusion of fruity notes, like a basket of candied fruit covered in intense dark chocolate.
