Distillation takes place in a column still, the splendid copper Savalle installed by Jean Neisson, Grègory’s grandfather. The rhum was then bottled after a minimum of 4 years of aging in a tropical climate at 50° in the traditional Zepol Kare bottle, hand-painted by artisans from the Tatanka atelier in Riviere Pilote in southern Martinique.
