On the nose, earthy black peat, salty shells, whole lime, lemon zest, candied orange, ground ginger, and licorice. On the palate, silky and smooth, with a light and fruity sweetness that develops into tart spangles, kiwi, and lime juice. The smoky peat is intertwined with the fruit structure.
