On the nose, an explosive bouquet: \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003edistinct marine and mineral notes, peat smoke, wet gravel and sand, seaweed, smoked fish, lemon zest, green apples, and a hint of almonds. On the palate, slightly waxy, peat smoke, seaweed salad, lemon, lime, grapefruit, licorice, white pepper, salted almonds, tar and iodine notes.
