From the careful blending of Bas Armagnac wines selected in the area traditionally called Grand Bas Armagnac, this vintage is born, distilled with \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003econtinuous column stills with low yield built in the last century. Subsequently, the liquids are placed in Gascon oak barrels (the staves are hand-cut and dried for 4\/5 years). \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eDuring the first years, the barrels are stored in attics, under the roofs, where the heat is stronger in summer and colder in winter. Then, according to the method and timing of aging (minimum 10 years), they are moved down to rooms where the temperature is more stable.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n    \u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eDescription:\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e Bright amber-yellow color. On the nose, it is immediate with notes of wet earth and mushrooms, then gradually evolving towards intense notes of plum jam, orange peel, and incense.
